A celebration of one of Britain’s favourite seasonal flavours, our Rhubarb Edition Gin brings together the natural sweetness and gentle tartness of fresh rhubarb with our smooth, juniper-led gin base.

Handcrafted in small batches, we carefully distil alocally sourced rhubarb, and then infuse more after distillation, to capture its vibrant flavour. The result is a refreshing, fruit-forward gin with notes of crisp rhubarb and a delicate sweetness, balanced perfectly with classic juniper and botanical character.
