Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on items and quantities ordered and the delivery method chosen.
Postage
We only ship to Mainland UK.
Most UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery will be made within 48 hours (after dispatch) subject to delays due to any industrial action or other factors out of our control. A signature will be required on delivery. In some instances, we reserve the right to send items by other methods, services or couriers. All tracking details for the items will be sent once dispatched including details of the service used.
Due to an issue with the Shopify Shipping Policies regarding the UK zone, orders from the UK outside of the mainland can be accepted. If an order is placed for delivery outside of Mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands. Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands/Islands etc) then we will contact you to discuss your options. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges incurred when shipping outside of Mainland UK.
Orders over the value of £60 qualify for free shipping. We reserve the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time. Orders placed and selected for free shipping will be sent in line with the policy above.
Free Click and Collect
Click and Collect is available on all orders placed on our website.
Orders can be made online and collected from our shop in Stockport Town Centre. Customers will be notified as soon as the order is ready to collect and must bring proof of purchase when collecting.
Once ready, orders can be collected from Stockport Gin, 19B St Petersgate, Stockport, SK1 1EB. Our opening hours are Wednesday - Friday between 10am and 4pm and Saturday between 10am and 1pm. Please check social media/website for any amendments to these hours.
Orders will be held for collection for 14 days. After this time we will contact customers who have not collected their order by email to discuss how you wish to proceed. If no contact is made a full refund will be issued for the order.
International Postage
For any orders outside of the UK please visit Master of Malt who can offer international postage.
