DISTILLATION METHOD - Single shot distillation method using fresh rhubarb and orange peel with more fresh rhubard infused after distillation

STORY - One of the most common questions we get asked is, "when will you make a Rhubarb Gin?" so we've decided to make one! We asked for donations of fresh rhubarb from customers and went picking rhubarb ourselves at Flowery Field Allotments in Stockport and we can't wait to share the results with you!

TASTING NOTES - Distilled with fresh rhubarb and orange peel and post-infused with even more fresh rhubarb for a bright, fruity gin with vibrant rhubarb, gentle citrus, classic juniper and a smooth, naturally sweet finish.
